The Druggist of Auschwitz spoiler

There was the criminals in German, they stolen 300 billion euros (in the currency of the year 2020) and murdered more than 1 million civilians. They were working for the Government. This is a good example of the human history. No one couldn’t understand that something like this could happen in any where else country than in Russia. But yes, it was possible in the other country. It was a terrible lost for Europe.

For example war time enemy agents, diplomats, commandos, and spies are killed on the place they have been recognized to an enemy soldier. It’s also illegal to act as civilian when you are an enemy soldier. Typically this kind of illegal soldier do lot of harm for civilians. So it’s not just about civilians acting as person of government, it can also happen in another way in war times. We have the war time laws for this kind of fraud in Finnish law.

”In common law jurisdictions, as a civil wrong, fraud is a tort. While the precise definitions and requirements of proof vary among jurisdictions, the requisite elements of fraud as a tort generally are the intentional misrepresentation or concealment of an important fact upon which the victim is meant to rely, and in fact does rely, to the harm of the victim.” -Wiki
